Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. All you have to do is browse our online shop and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished selecting your products, click on “checkout” and you will be asked to provide us with the relevant details needed to process your order. When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included these terms to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced the goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a changing of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the revised price is acceptable. Please note, that all photographed garments have been taken to ensure the reproduction of colour is as accurate as the photographic and reproduction process allows. Slight variations may occur due to different internet browsers and screen resolution.
Access to and use of this web site and the products and search services available through this web site (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms conditions and notices, without modification. Furthermore you acknowledge that the Terms of Service may be updated by us from time to time. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product which we will accept to sell to you on the following terms and conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Any guarantees made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays. 25 Ten Boutique are absolutely entitled to refuse any order/request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by emailing you or else by calling you. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. All prices advertised are subject to changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Upon entering the 25 Ten Boutique site you are bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are to be constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English High Court, The Strand, London. Any dispute in any way referable to the content of this site, whether in respect of its trade marks, copyright or image content shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration the terms of which are to be agreed between 25 Ten Boutique and yourself and provide no right or recourse to any relief of the English Courts whether interim or otherwise and that by accessing this site you waive your right for all time to any such right.
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreement between you and 25 Ten Boutique. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of 25 Ten Boutique.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, all card payments are accepted through PayPal. It is a system that 25 Ten Boutique use to get paid electronically without waiting for cheques to arrive and clear. PayPal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security.

Faulty or Wrong item
If the item you receive is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
If the deadline for returning an item has expired and it is considered to be faulty, you have the right to either a replacement or a repair under the SALES OF GOODS ACT 1979 this will be at our discretion. You will not be charged for items that are returned because they are faulty. We will either repair or replace any item deemed faulty within a reasonable time.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from 25 Ten Boutique for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. These items are clearly marked with an ‘+’ next to the product name. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Discount Codes & Vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
