Layaway Account Payment
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to a full refund including the initial delivery charge* if you return a product, or inform us that you want to return the product, within seven working days. Items returned out of the returns period, will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in a re-saleable condition (unworn, undamaged and including all tags/labels) within 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the item has in our opinion, been worn, used, damaged, tampered with or incorrectly washed.
Goods are returned at the customer’s expense. Please return all items by Recorded Delivery, as we are not liable for parcels lost in the post.
*Initial delivery charges are not refunded on the return of Sale Items.
**If you receive and then have to return a non-faulty item outside the Distance Selling Regulations (delivered to a non European Union country), then the cost of receiving and returning the item is your liability, these cost will not be reimbursed.
Some products are non refundable due to hygiene reasons or if they are special orders or sale items. These products are clearly marked with a’+’ next to the product name.
Any free goods that came with the item you are returning for a refund must be returned unused and in their original packaging unless you wish to retain the same. If the free gift is to be retained and/or has been used then it should be kept. The value of the free gift will then be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
Special orders will attract a charge of 20% as a restocking fee. Please note we will deduct a restocking fee 20% (per item) for special orders that are returned – this is because we have to specially order in these styles to cover your order. You will be notified by email/telephone if your order or part of your order is classified as a special order.

All orders received on Monday - Thursday will be processed and despatched the following day and where possible some orders may be received and processed on the same day.
All orders received on Friday/Saturday will be processed and sent on the next working day (ie. Monday), with the exception of Bank Holidays.
NOTE: The P&P costs will be deducted from the refund associated with any returned/unwanted SALE/REDUCED items.
